Challenge
A fast growing medical compliance software company planning to expand operations nationally needed a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take them to the next level. The CEO, primarily focused on sales, hoped to bring in a senior level operations executive who could hit the ground running and bring everything together. It was extremely important to recruit a COO who would fit the company culture and help to develop operational procedures that would incorporate best practices.

Solution
