• Consult closely with them to understand the open position and the qualifications needed to fill it optimally
• Put in writing search guidelines, the areas we will research and a timeline we will be accountable to.
• Conduct a search adhering closely to the agreed-upon criteria.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of prospects meeting these criteria including in-depth interviews and a study of major strengths and weaknesses.
• Present to our client all meaningful information on those candidates who meet our criteria.
• Conduct extensive reference checks to verify candidate credentials.
• Treat all client information given us to aid in our searches as privileged and maintain complete confidentiality.
• Follow up on all candidates placed with our clients to ensure a continued good fit.
