• We are honest regarding the appropriateness of the candidate for a specific position. If in our judgement, the candidate is not right, we believe it's in their best interest to be candid with them.

• We will conduct all reference checks and any testing required by our client company only with the candidates complete approval.
• We will keep the candidate fully informed on an ongoing basis about the status of their candidacy.
• We will maintain regular contact with both the candidate and the client to ensure that both sides are pleased. |
